SHIPPING INKS IN HARSH WEATHER: A NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

As the weather changes in Canada, the risk of frozen tattoo inks becomes greater. No orders are shipped on weekends or major holidays. Inks may be damaged if exposed to extreme cold. If you live in a climate with extreme temperatures or frigid cold weather, your ink may be damaged during ground shipping.

In all instances, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT. Due to supply shortages and transportation difficulties/delays, packages are not packed and shipped out with shipping heat packs. For that reason we typically do not recommend shipping inks when temperatures are below freezing. We do our best to monitor the weather conditions of the areas where our packages ship out so they do not freeze in transit. However, we cannot guarantee that inks will not freeze during shipping. WE WILL NOT REPLACE FROZEN INK. We recommend holding off on ink orders if you're concerned about frozen inks. ORDER AND SHIP OUT INKS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
