Tribal Black Starbrite Colors (1oz)

Tribal Black goes in easy and covers solid. Do not use for outlining purposes. For outlining use Black Outliner. (Thicker dispersions should be thinned with water & glycerin 50-50). Tommy's Supplies now sterilizes all StarBrite pigments for you and your clients safety. Ink should be kept in a cool & dry area.
